Laura Collingridge 

Laura is based in Hatfield where she is a curate in the Church of England. She loves working with students and young adults, and is passionate about engaging people with God’s word and spirit.


Revd. Katy Partridge, Producer, Truestee 

Katy is founder of Open Word UK and producer of Her Audio Bible UK, along with an excellent team. Her background is in the arts, having trained at the Royal Academy of Dance in London, graduating with a BA (hons) Ballet Education and LRAD, and then completing a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and teaching vocational dance for several years. Katy is now ordained in the Church of England and, having completed an Oxford degree in Theology and Religion is completing an MA in Theology, Ministry and Mission. Katy is passionate about the arts and continues to dance when she can.

Peter & Susie Houston Trustees 

Peter and Susie Houston are based in Bath and are part of the Holy Trinity Combe Down group of churches. They are enjoying spending more time with their 8 grandchildren. Peter brings finance skills to Open Word and enjoys appearing in a panto each winter. Susie enjoys supporting the Open Word project, making photo collages and will decoupage anything if it stays still long enough.

Jo Swinney, Comms,

Jo Swinney is an author and speaker and works as Director of Communications for A Rocha International. She has an MA in interdisciplinary theology from Regent College, Vancouver, where she discovered both the complexity and depth of the Bible and its amazing accessibility to its present-day readers all around the world. She is excited to be involved with HerAudioBible and how it will engage people in a new way with the living word of God. Ben Grist, language and tech

 Ben Grist is a training vicar in the Church of England currently finishing his ministerial studies at the University of Oxford. Ben is passionate about seeing the Word made accessible to all, and is able to contribute his technical experience to Open Word.
